In today’s article, I share my Ultima Business review. You can find an overview of the Ultima ecosystem in my Ultima Coin review. For details on the most exciting product, check out my Ultima Trading Bot review.
Ultima Business is the core driver of Ultima’s growth. A robust system with excellent products needs only one thing to scale globally – an effective sales force.
Ultima Business Review: 8 Years of Experience and Evolution
As I’ve mentioned elsewhere, I’ve been familiar with the Ultima ecosystem since 2017. In 2020, I decided to step away because certain aspects didn’t align with my vision. For three years, I led a crypto education platform that spearheaded an anti-scam alliance. At that time, I had moved on from Ultima’s business model, network marketing, and fully immersed myself in the decentralized crypto market. I invested hundreds of thousands of euros in advanced training related to ecosystems, corporate governance, and crypto compliance, and I stopped following Ultima entirely.
It was only after another three years that something entirely unexpected happened. The early customers, some of whom faced challenges during the start-up phase when initial plans didn’t fully materialize, were not forgotten. Instead, they were compensated and reintegrated. In the crypto market, it’s common for projects that don’t work out to simply close their doors, leaving customers in the lurch. Often, a new project is launched, and the past is conveniently swept under the rug.
Ultima Values the Experience of Its Legacy Customers
Through a large-scale product exchange, every legacy customer was not only compensated but also brought onto a profitable journey within the now fully functional Ultima ecosystem. This isn’t just a gesture; for a company with a billion dollars in revenue, it’s a significant financial undertaking, demonstrating how highly founder Alex Reinhardt values his earliest supporters.
Since I was among those affected, I admittedly, and somewhat reluctantly, took another close look at Ultima. To my surprise, just as I had evolved over the years, so had the company. The tokenomics of the newly relaunched Ultima were sound. The products performed exceptionally well, and the active contribution of new customers and the sales team to the coin’s scarcity ensures its long-term value. In short: I finally saw what I had been missing for half a decade.
I was so genuinely impressed that I’m now once again endorsing the company with my name and actively participating in Ultima Business. If you’d like to collaborate with me, you can register here for free.
My Ultima Business Experience: A Fresh Start
I’m sharing this so you understand that I’m not blindly following this company; I critically evaluate every step. This isn’t just a promotional text; it’s a heartfelt account of a long journey with its share of ups and downs. Yes, I earn money with Ultima Business, but this time I had the freedom to choose from many options. I didn’t “stumble into it” like many others, and I fully stand behind everything I’m about to explain.
The Core Challenge of All Crypto Networks
Over the past decade, tens of thousands of crypto and trading networks have emerged and disappeared. They’ve all faced similar hurdles: while cryptocurrencies desperately need marketing and distribution, it’s incredibly difficult to blend the two harmoniously. Within three years, most crypto companies fail due to regulatory obstacles. Within five years, 90% of network marketing companies in general falter. Those that remain standing after this critical period have done their homework and often emerge as the sole survivors entering a significant growth phase. This is precisely the case with Ultima, now in its ninth year.
The start-up phase is complete. The company is a solid multinational corporation with trademarks, patents, over $1 billion in total revenue, and over 1,000 employees, indicating strong potential for further growth.
Addressing the Coin Supply Problem
The biggest red flag when combining crypto and network marketing lies in coin distribution. A sales force can be compensated in two ways:
- Ponzi Scheme: Customer deposits are collected and distributed to the sales team. This is illegal.
- Inflationary Model: New coins are minted and distributed to the sales team. While legal, this leads to inflation and a steadily falling price as the network grows.
Ultima has innovated a third method, which also took seven years to reach market maturity:
Customers don’t pay for products; instead, they freeze Ultima in their own wallet for three years (similar to staking). This immediately reduces the coin’s circulating supply. As a thank you, the customer receives the product as a free bonus. They can then use it to generate Ultima through “splitting” or make profits with the trading bot. It’s a beneficial blend of consistent daily returns and maximizing profit from market fluctuations.
Crucially, no money flows from the customer to the company in this process, as the Ultima coins are acquired on public exchanges and remain in the customer’s wallet.
Nevertheless, Ultima Business pays the sponsor a substantial commission.
How Are Commissions Generated?
Because the Ultima ecosystem now comprises dozens of components and is itself successful in trading, the company pays sales commissions from its own reserves, using Ultima that the company actively buys from the market.
This means there are no price mark-ups on products and no redistribution of customer funds. This makes it, in my opinion, the fairest network marketing compensation system I have ever encountered.
This model has been successfully implemented for two years and is running flawlessly. Recently, commissions were even increased, because as the community grows, so does the market power of the ecosystem, and, indirectly, the company’s earnings.

Reviewing the Ultima Business Compensation Plan
In principle, all commissions are credited in real-time and can be paid out immediately. Payouts are made in Ultima, which can be freely traded and sold on Mexc or BingX with full liquidity. There’s currently a payout limit of €500 per day. Earned commissions remain available and can be paid out on subsequent days, meaning this only becomes a true restriction if monthly earnings consistently exceed €15,000. The limit is stable and has even been temporarily lifted at times, so no further restrictions are anticipated.
The entire system requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, meaning customers’ and partners’ IDs and addresses must be verified once before use.
The standard direct commission rate is 10%, but it was increased to 20% a year ago and is currently a promotional 40% – with no qualifications or other restrictions.
This means if someone purchases an €11,000 bot (by freezing Ultima), you receive a €4,400 commission, no strings attached. The smallest available package is €110, ensuring an entry point for everyone. There’s no limit to how many bots a customer can acquire and use.
Before I go into more detail, a quick preface: Most genuinely successful networkers simply start earning through direct commissions and learn the rest as they go. When I first started in network marketing, I spent weeks trying to understand the plan, memorizing it, and calculating my hypothetical wealth, only to earn nothing due to a lack of activity. So, if you’re just beginning, focus on the 40% first-line commission and don’t be discouraged if some of the following paragraphs seem confusing. That’s the beauty of network marketing: you have an upline who will explain everything when the time is right.

Ultima Business Experience: Depth Commission via Unilevel Plan
In the second level, you earn 7%; the third, 5%; the fourth and fifth, 3%; and levels 6-15 pay 1% commission. There’s dynamic compression, meaning if a partner, for example, in your second level, is inactive and thus not commission-eligible, they are skipped in the calculation. Their team is then calculated as your second level, so you receive 7% instead of 5%.
There are no restrictions, sales obligations, or limits on depth commissions either. This type of commission plan is called a Unilevel Plan, and in my opinion, it’s the fairest and most transparent way to provide compensation – especially for newcomers or smaller networkers.
Activating Your Ultima Business Account
To be eligible for commissions, you must be a product user yourself. This means you need at least a €110 package in your own account. This package makes you commission-eligible for 30 days. After that, you have two options: If you bring in a newly registered customer who makes their first purchase, your account automatically reactivates for another 30 days from the purchase date.
If you’re focused on building depth and don’t have new personal customers, you can purchase any package to reactivate yourself and maintain eligibility for all commissions.
Larger packages grant longer activation periods. For example, the €1,100 package gives you 90 days, the €5,500 package 180 days, and the €11,000 package activates you for 360 days. Since sales are easiest when you can demonstrate the product’s impressive results yourself, this purchase has a pleasant side effect.
Once activated, you can begin. Beyond your activity, it’s vital to be guided through the initial steps and have access to training and presentations from your sponsor. Ultima Business Review at Management Level: Diamond and Beyond
You can achieve Diamond status with just €250,000 in turnover. Considering the potential package sizes, this is a much more achievable goal than in other networks. As a Diamond, you receive a special bonus: Diamond Business Splits (DBSP). Similar to the customer product splitting, these are tokens you hold in your wallet. They entitle you to collect a daily reward in Ultima Tokens for life. Work your way to Diamond once – and generate Ultima regularly for life. The same amount of Ultima is always distributed across all Diamond Business Splits, ensuring no inflation. Because the reward is collected in your wallet, there’s no maximum earnings limit here. It depends solely on the Ultima price, which we collectively drive forward through sales. Ultima is currently around €5,000, and the goal is to push it into the six- to seven-figure range. If the plan succeeds, it’s your daily profit when you collect your lifetime rewards.
To achieve Diamond ranks, you need at least 3 active lines, but the turnover is calculated from all your lines. Your strongest leg can account for a maximum of 50% of the target turnover (e.g., €125,000 for Diamond). The second strongest leg accounts for 30%, or €75,000.
Alternatively, you could have 25 customers each purchasing €10,000 and still qualify. This is simply a fraud prevention measure against the industry-standard practice of “sausage making” (building a single deep line) for commission fraud. If you genuinely build your business, this hurdle will barely impede you.
I have personally generated €25 million in turnover with the company. Therefore, I can show you step-by-step and in detail what’s crucial for reaching each level. For direct support, you can register here for free.
The amounts shown in the graphic are paid out in DBSP, as seen here:
Once you’ve ascended to the leadership ranks and are increasingly focusing on the depth of your structure, you’ll also receive an additional bonus extending to infinite depth. (For the pros: This is an additional breakaway plan).
As a Diamond, you will now receive 10% on everything, infinitely. This means instead of 40% first line, it’s now 50%; instead of 1% on level 15, it’s 11%. This bonus increases with each successive Diamond rank.
The bonus is shared only when another Diamond emerges beneath you. That Diamond receives 10% on their structure, and you receive the difference. For example, if you are a Purple Diamond like me, you receive 3% on that structure.
Consequently, there’s a strong incentive, especially for top leaders, not to rest on their laurels but to build new lines or support weaker ones, as this is where the difference is greatest.
This budget can also be excellently utilized for creating promotional offers or funding team training.
The Infinity Bonus must be confirmed every month. You currently need €500 in the first three levels, according to the 50/30/20 rule. For active individuals, this hurdle is negligible. In the past, €5,000 was the usual confirmation limit, and I still achieved it every month. Once confirmed, everything accrued during the month is credited in one lump sum, and future commissions for that month are booked in real-time.

Let’s conclude by discussing some fundamental principles of network marketing.
How to Maximize Your Ultima Business Experience
Network marketing is the industry that has produced the most millionaires. Compensation is fair, direct, and based on your own performance. It’s not an employee job where you wait for someone to tell you what to do. It’s your own business within a business, essentially like a franchise. If you open a franchise restaurant, you are the top employee, handling opening, closing, and resolving operational issues as they arise.
In network marketing, this means: if you don’t move, nothing moves. You must have a clear goal in mind and be committed to taking consistent and meaningful action. You can attend courses, get motivated at training sessions, and follow hundreds of coaches – but that’s all just consumption you can do in your free time. Knowledge is useless without application. Wisdom is applied knowledge. It sounds harsh, but surfing from one coaching session to the next is no different than endlessly swiping through social media posts.
The key is to perform EPAs (Income-Producing Activities). And that typically means picking up the phone and inviting someone to a presentation. If that’s a hurdle, you can also send broad messages. You don’t need to be able to present the business or answer complex questions. That’s what your upline is for. Therefore, it makes sense to start with a good upline who knows what they’re doing.
- Step 1: Make a list of people you will contact.
- Step 2: Invite them to a presentation without over-explaining. Your sponsor will provide the script.
- Step 3: Schedule a follow-up meeting where your upline answers the prospect’s questions.
If questions arise along the way, the standard answer is: “Listen, I haven’t been doing this for long, but XY knows all about it. Let’s talk to them so your questions can be answered correctly right away.”
So you see, it’s fundamentally very, very simple. And you don’t do it just once, but a dozen times. Because sales is a numbers game. The more you act, the more happens. And, of course, there are many ways to discover how to generate contacts for network marketing.
Is a Name List Essential?
Personally, I long had reservations about the name list. That’s why I learned to attract partners through online marketing without having to pitch friends and relatives. I’ve been teaching this for seven years in several occasions.
My initial problems with the name list stemmed primarily from a lack of support. I didn’t receive scripts, and my upline put unnecessary pressure on me. It was only after collaborating with 8,000 partners that I realized that with the right tools, the name list is the fastest and most effective path to initial success. You can succeed without a list, but it usually takes several weeks or even months longer to achieve the first significant results. It’s no coincidence that it took me a four-year learning curve before “overnight success” materialized. Therefore, I strongly recommend not neglecting the list, and I maintain mine regularly.
If you choose to work with me, I will provide you with training on how to approach your name list without burning bridges. You’ll also receive the necessary tools to position yourself online simultaneously. You can access this exclusive content by registering here for free.
Network Marketing: It’s Your Responsibility to Ask!
Reach out to your sponsor and actively request support when you need it. Network marketing places the responsibility on you to seek help; your sponsor isn’t solely responsible for initiating contact. If someone on my team contacts me and brings that initial spark, I will do everything to provide the fuel and turn that spark into a beacon. When you move, everything moves.
Nowhere else is it as easy to earn significant money as in network marketing. At the same time, it’s a myth that you enroll two people, and suddenly everything grows on its own. Your team looks to you as an example. If you invite 10 people, they will invite 3. If you invest €1,000, they will invest €500.
Some of my partners have invited 20 people to a webinar via their name list within a week. And, unsurprisingly, their team duplicates that, and everything falls into a flow. These are the success stories that stand out and sometimes earn several thousand euros in the first weeks and months.
If this sounds like you, then register here for free, and I’ll personally guide you.
Lead by Example
If you take this to heart, you’ll have immense leverage and can realistically achieve great things with relatively little effort, as long as you persevere. There are only two ways not to make money in network marketing: never start, or quit too soon. It took me four years for the penny to drop, and then I suddenly earned five figures “overnight,” often passively. Treat it like any other apprenticeship and give yourself time to grow. The only difference is that you control whether this growth takes three months or three years.
If this all sounds like a good fit for you, I look forward to personally guiding you through your first Ultima Business experience.
Ultima Business Review: Fair, Stable, and Lucrative
Ultima Business, with 8 years of company experience, is rock-solid. The method by which commissions are generated is customer-friendly and unique. The product isn’t directly paid for by the customer; instead, it’s unlocked by freezing Ultima for 3 years, allowing the customer to ideally benefit from Ultima’s price gains at the end. The products are profitable and well-conceived, and the compensation plan offers above-average payouts.
For a start in network marketing, it’s an excellent company. Like any reputable network marketing company, it’s not a guarantee of getting rich quickly, but it is an opportunity to build an income of almost any amount with the necessary dedication.
